Returns & Refunds Policy
Every item at The Botany Dept is made-to-order specifically for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer error or change of mind.
We only provide replacements or refunds if the product arrives damaged or with a production defect. You must report such issues within 14 days of delivery. To process a claim, please provide clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging. Claims submitted without photographic evidence or beyond the 14-day window cannot be processed.
